1. The Nawn Factory has sat quietly by the side of the road for decades. Derelict and unassuming, it was just waiting to begin its next chapter. After years of planning, now it is finally coming to life.

2. We started with a goal of respecting the historic significance of the property; and a vision of breathing new energy into the project. We chose to sweat every detail, and you will feel the difference right away.

   Inside are 10 dance studios for your next evening out. Come take yoga, learn some hip hop, and show us your swing. There will always be something new happening for you to enjoy.

3. The outdoor space has a flexible amphitheater that is designed for fun for the whole family. Think of farmer's markets, open mic night, food trucks, live music and outdoor lounging.

4. We expect completion in summer 2027, and can not wait to see you on the grounds. But there is no reason to wait: join the mailing list, drop us an email and tell your friends about the new neighbors moving into the Nawn Factory.
